When you are ready to order, simply fill out a Contact Form form and a sales representative will contact you to walk through the process. If you have artwork that you would like to use in your design, please attach those files to the form as well. If you do not have artwork, no problem! Our skilled art department is available to create amazing artwork for your shirts and apparel if you prefer. We have some of the best artists in the business ready and waiting to design your shirts today!

- What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST – Monday-Friday.
- What type of products do you offer?
We offer countless garments including t-shirts, sweatshirts, uniforms, polos, pants, jackets, hats, vest, warm-ups, and workwear. We also create signs, banners, stickers and many other promotional products.
- What brands do you offer?
We offer a large variety of popular brands for all garments, too many to list actually. Please contact a sales representative to find out about specific brands.
- What are the differences printing processes you offer for garments?
Screen printing involves printing actual ink on a garment and curing it at a high temperature. This is usually the best printing option for multiple pieces.
Digital transfer printing is the process of printing onto a substrate which is then heat applied to the garment. This is often the best option for low quantity orders and for photographs.
Embroidery involves stitching thread into the garment to create a design. This creates a very professional look but the amount of detail in the design is limited.
- Is there a minimum quantity that you can print/embroider?
There is no minimum quantity on printed goods, but cost is directly related to the quantity on each order. There is a 6 piece minimum order on embroidered garments and a 12 piece minimum order on hats.
- Am I able to bring in my own garments to be printed?
Yes, however the customer is responsible for any damages to the garment in the extremely rare occasion of any issues. Not all garments can be accepted due to ability to be printed on or risk of damage. A waiver must be signed before placing the order.
- Will I be charged an artwork or setup fee?
For almost all orders we do not charge for artwork services providing you are placing an order. Artwork requests that require large amounts of time to complete may be subject to charge, however.
Screen printed orders of less than 50 total pieces will incure a setup charge of $25 per color per location. Setup charges are waived for any screen printed order over 50 total pieces. Total number of pieces can included any shirt or garment (regardless of color or size) that uses the same screens for printing. Embroidery orders with less than 24 total pieces will require a setup charge if it is new artwork. Setup charge will depend on the number of stitches in the design. Embroidery setup charges vary based on quantity and stitch count. Digital transfer print orders do not require a setup charge.
- How do I determine how many screens are in a design?
The total number of the printed colors in each location will dictate how many screens are required.
(I.E. 3 color front, 2 color back = 5 screens)
Please note: If the same print color is used in more than 1 location, each location requires its own screen.
(I.E. 1 color white print on the back of a shirt and a 1 color white print on the front of the shirt are 2 seperate screens)
- How quickly can I get shirts?
Screen printing times are 7-10 Business Days standard. Rush service is available at 10% of the total cost of the order for 3 business days, 25% of the total order cost for 1 Day service. Not available on all orders and is subject to current availability.
Embroidery time is 14-20 Days, sometimes more based on complexity of design, stitch count, and current orders pending. Rush services not always available.
